All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Central Illinois using trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS, depending on size and destination.

All items are handcrafted to order. Processing times may vary depending on current order volume and the complexity of each order.

Most orders ship within 7-14 business days, but during periods of high demand or for custom and personalized items, processing times may be longer. If an order requires additional time, we will communicate updates as needed.

Custom & Large Items
Some items, including custom cabinets or larger pieces, may require additional handling. In these cases, we may contact you after purchase to confirm shipping details before production begins.
